An event celebrating resilient entrepreneurs, featuring Air Force veteran Charlynda Scales, author of Rock Bottom Has a Trampoline.

Scales is the founder of CPG brand Mutt’s Sauce BBQ sauce. She will visit Austin from Ohio to share her story of How to Turn Every Loss into a Win with the Like-Hearted Mentor.

Shark tank investor Daymond John mentored Scales through her business founding, QVC appearances, and the many ups and downs of a start-up. John featured her in his bestselling POWERSHIFT. Now Scales has her own book with a fresh, heart-centered message to share on how to bounce back from hard times.

Austin veteran entrepreneur Patrick Pitman will record a live interview of Scales for his podcast easier business.

Scales will then be joined by a panel of CPG industry leaders including Marc Nathan to discuss the challenges of doing business in 2024. Product developers, manufacturers, brands, and anyone selling online retail will find insight in the ways you can cultivate a resilient spirit. It’s not just a matter of mindset.
